I read the comments on their facebook page and most of people are naming the same three women: Kate Upton (Polar Bare), Brooklyn Decker & Marisa Miller. So if SI based the Top 5 in fan votes alone the 00's will most likely smash the other decades.

 

However, the voting does say very clearly that the final decision will be made by the editors so I'm sure they'll pick one cover from each decade. I do expect to see the 2013 cover in the Top though.

I like 2013 but it can't win for me because of Kate's facial expression.
