I think it's just the angle but she looks kinda preggars in that 3rd picture haha

You have to realize that her first boob job was botched.....in topless pictures you can CLEARLY see that her nipples are uneven and facing different directions! Maybe she tried to fix that. I mean if you remove your implants, when you replace them you have to go bigger, or they'll sag.
