Brenna
Samantha: Just stay consistent with your plan, and try eating around 1200 cals if you're exercising that much. You could use the metabolism boost. If you eat too few cals your body thinks it's starving (which it technically is).I moved back up to SD this past week and am looking for a job. Once I have that... new gym membership!!

SamanthaGreen143
Yeah my nephue is in wrestling and he would drop about 10 poundsi n 4 days, but he would gain it right back when he would eat normally, so yeah///plus when you are losing merely water weight it snot noticable, all you can see is a change in the scale not really your clothes

Neo52285
running will give you a very slim look. I must say I was in my best shape when I was on cross country in 10th grade but the problem was i looked very thin because I ran 3 miles everyday.
