If you look on the back couple pages, there will be lots of slides, many of them with Christy (and Gail Elliot, and Linda Evangelista, Yasmin le Bon, ...), outtakes from shoots and location stuff. The book can typically be had used in good conditon for just ~ $5. Highly, highly recommended.

Except that in the Ritts book it is credited as Tatjana (but as I said it is a slightly different pose)!
