June 1, 201014 yr Russell James posted these today for Heidi's Birthday Today the birthday of a friend whom I admire enormously, Heidi Klum, not just for her commercial success but also for her caring about others e.g her support of Nomad Two Worlds and Telethon Institute for Child Health Research .Great mom and funny as hell-I have attached a foreword Heidi did for my last book, hope it gives you the same good laugh it gave me. PHOTOS and the back stories to each attached. Happy Birthday Heidi ! Heidi's feet photographed for Nomad Two Worlds art collection. Had the poor girl covered in mud.The art on the fished piece is by Aboriginal Artist Clifton Bieundurry. This was the first ever 'collaborative' art piece created for Nomad Two Worlds soon after The Australian Prime Minister apologized officially for the genocide committed against Aboriginal Australians. I exhibited this at Donna Karan's Stephan Weiss Gallery in New York in 2009 and the collection is now shown at exhibits around the world. This is on a swim shoot with Heidi in Mexico back in 2004 and has become a part of books, exhibits and a collectors edition.And shots just weeks after giving birth - That's some serious good genetics! These three collaborative art pieces with Heidi are often big attractions at gallery openings.They are each 7 feet x 5 feet and seen here displayed at Donna Karan's Urban Zen/Stephan Weiss Gallery. The next time they will be displayed in the USA is in Los Angeles in January 2011 as part of a very large event on recioncliation between cultures and in support of Child Health Research. and this is the foreword Heidi did for Russell's book.
