I dont think it looks tacky considering one of the best Makeup artists in Hollywood did that to her eyes.... I like it.

    I agree that matching eyeshadow to dress colour SHOULD NEVER BE DONE! But there is just something about Bey- SHE ALWAYS MAKES IT WORK FOR HER.
