But I have to say, yes, there were that many actresses back then. You just havent'd heard of them. Nor was there any plastic surgeons who could re-do your face. Actresses dealt with it and even capitalized on their looks. Barbara's nose became her trademark because she was stuck with it, people got used to it, and she still overcame by her talent. As far as Jennifer goes, whether she was pressured by her mother, or by her fans, it's still vanity. Not to say that's wrong, it's just that in a business like she's in, vanity is neccesary.
