With Miley at #1, it gives them mega publicity cuz whether we agree or disagree on her, they still get the attention of everyone in the world. I wasn't expecting Nina to come in #1 but clearly the fact that Miley Cyrus is #1 states that people from Maxim thinks we're retarded I always thought it was based on who had a movie comming out that would agree to do a spread for them, so really its the hottest that will take us list imo.
