January 9, 201510 yr I doubt that FHM didn't have a permission to use those photos. Thing is that more often than not, it's the photographer who has the rights of the photos and can sell them. Correct me if I'm wrong.
January 9, 201510 yr good for her. it should be obvious that if she wanted to be in FHM / maxim / etc then she would've done so by now i would guess that those are pictures from an olivia malone shoot. maybe she sold them?I'm not sure why she's going after FHM. They likely purchased the photos legally. If she suspects otherwise, she should talk to her agency and/or lawyer.She sounds pretty foolish conflating this with 'a woman's right to choose.' It's an ownership/copyright issue, not a women's rights issue.
