August 16, 200816 yr Vanity Fair - September 2008 Scans by me (I didn't worry about the other page of the Tiffany ad, which I realise is posted above, but I thought is a slightly better scan). I realise Shalom is 4 years younger than Christy but I think she is ageing even more gracefully (if that is possible!).
