    I know he's been getting the shit kicked out him the last 2 years as his OL is terrible. The wear and tear adds up, everyone is built different. Despite that, he most likely needs a different regimen as the current one isn't working.

    Make skill position players run their routes faster so you can get rid of the ball quicker. He loves to sling it and the opposing defenses know it, so they bring blitz packages.
