I like dips for the triceps and I also have dumbbells. I'd like to have a pull-up bar, there are so many things to do with it.

In a row. Anyone can 60 push ups with 2-5 stops. 

 

Dips(especially weighted) are super effective. Have you ever tried doing muscle ups?

Just get 1-2 adjustable dumbbells- with weights up to 60 pounds- and you are good to go (shoulders, arms, etc.)

 

for chest, back, and triceps do push ups if you don't have bench press

I used to have adjustable dumbbells (some cheap market version), dropped them couple of times and they started leaking sand :nicole:

Just get the plate dumbells. Amazon has some very cheap ones. I bought the individual pieces (12 lb plates, etc.) eg.:

Buy dumbbells with metal weight (cast iron). The ones I have are cheap but very resistant. I think I bought them for 40€.

Those certainly look a lot better than mine Culty.

 

I don't really need dumbbells at home since my local gym is almost across the street. Also you can get a nice pump by using resistance bands!

Since this covid disaster, it seems like people I know are getting thinner and having bad haircuts.  I am too, and pretty soon I might drop down to 140-145 lbs...5'10''.  My belly has thinned out more than any other 40 day period in years.

 

baking items, oil, rice, paper of all kinds, and other essential commodities are hard to get at Costco/BJ's.  I went to BJ's 2 days ago and there were so many shortages.

I used to do 4 day split before my "burnout" last summer. Took a 6 months break from gym and now I was doing 2-3 day splits before quarantine.

 

EDIT: Fun fact - I weighed around 60 kgs/130 lbs before I started working out (I'm 190/6'3) :nicole: :nicole:
