I think she was at her most beautiful during the earlier, happier years with Gere, when she was utterly radiant and impossibly beautiful - the Cindy Crawford of Cindy Crawford, if that makes any sense. She was The Most Beautiful Woman in the World back then. Anyone who has another candidate in mind will have to name names and post proof.
