October 26, 201113 yr People are always asking me what I do to keep in shape. I discovered personal trainer Radu Teordescu when I was 22 and he helped make exercise a part of my life. We even did two videos in the 90’s that were GREAT workouts and I stand by them today!Today I do three workouts a week with trainer Sarah Hagaman and one physical activity, like an hour long hike with a girlfriend.facebook.com/CindyCrawford
