I can kind of understand some new no-name models shooting with uncle perv, trying to get their name out there, but why in the hell would well established beautiful models still do shoots with him? If he is the photographer for an editorial for a magazine that is a bit different, but why would they do a shoot just for him in his studio? Probably just to continue to be on the photographer's good side and establish a better relationship. He'll probably repay her by offering to photograph her for the cover of Harper's Bazaar in the future. It's a win for both. It's a loss for us because it's also creepy as fuck to see her with Terry. Bast Posted December 22, 2013 Share Posted December 22, 2013 ^She has done risqué shoots before and plenty of them all throughout her career, and while many of those editorials were not the most racy out there, they also were not all just "sugar and spice and all things nice". In fact the photos she has done recently for Terry Richardson are very tame compared to some of the shoots she has done in the past, including the recent Harper's Bazaar editorial. Not only that, but she has also done shoots by Terry Richardson in the past as well. So I would not say she is on a "new career path", as far as the "not so nice" work goes. To be clear I would not mind it if Miranda does start to do more risqué high fashion work, quite the opposite really, because that has been some of her best work in my opinion. Don't think even for a second that top models aren't aware of that.Richardson knows it and just takes advantage of it. It wasn't for him, it would be someone else. He's "edgy", borderline taboo. Even Obama did shoot with him. Surely someone at his camp knew who Richardson is but still though it was a good idea to work with him. The fashion industry doesn't seem that fazed about what he's like as a person, otherwise magazines like Vogue and Harpers Bazaar wouldn't hire him to do photoshoots. It's rather sad that though that he can get away with all of this, I've seen a lot of his 'porno' pictures and the family ones.. it's quite gross.. But oh well, Miranda is a big girl, she can handle herself but she has to realize a lot of what she's doing is going to lose her fans.
