Sexy Victoria's Secret angel Constance Jablonski faces $3.3 million suit for ditching Manhattan model agency for rival firm

The 21-year-old French beauty violated a three-year contract with Marilyn Model Management to take on work with DNA Model Managment, another top-tier outfit based in New York, according to the suit. Jablonski first appeared in the Victoria's Secret fashion show in 2010 and has modeled for Calvin Klein, Dior and Estée Lauder.

A Victoria’s Secret lingerie lovely faces a $3.3 million lawsuit for her possibly less-than-model behavior.

Constance Jablonski, whose résumé includes gigs for Calvin Klein, Dior and Estée Lauder, purportedly bailed on a three-year deal with her management company to join a rival firm.

Marilyn Model Management, in its Manhattan lawsuit, charged Jablonski bolted last month despite a three-year ascent from “a virtually unknown model” into a top international star under the firm’s tutelage.

The company claims its direct competitor, DNA Model Management, poached the French-born Jablonski under false pretenses — hitting Marilyn directly in its designer purse

“DNA is ... unlawfully attempting to seize the coveted relationships that Marilyn has created and fostered for Jablonski,” the lawsuit charged.

"DNA’s wrongful conduct is for the purpose of destablizing Marilyn’s business, and causing irreparable damage to its image (and) reputation.”

Calls for comment to Jablonski’s attorney, Bennett Krasner, and to DNA Model Management of Manhattan were not returned Tuesday.

The lawsuit seeks $3.3 million in damages and an injunction banning DNA from representing Jablonski, who serves as the face of Estée Lauder in its ads. Elizabeth Hurley and Gwyneth Paltrow were among those previously hired by Lauder.

Jablonski, 21, made her first appearance in the prestigious Victoria’s Secret fashion show in 2010. She had signed with Marilyn management only two years earlier.

The aspiring model then signed a three-year extension with Marilyn in 2011, guaranteeing her spot on the firm’s talent roster through September 2014, the lawsuit charged.
