I was wondering if anybody has scans of the photoshoot Naomi did for PaperMag in Oct or Nov 1990. She had a really cool 70s afro and looked like Pam Grier! I think it's one of the coolest shoots she did and remember it so fondaly from the time. I guess I lost that mag when I moved to college the year fter it came out Be amazing to see the full thing again. Thanks for all the pics above btw! Milan - Milan is paying tribute to Gianni Versace on the 10th anniversary of his murder, hosting a star-studded ballet performance at La Scala on Sunday night. The two-part ballet Thank You, Gianni, With Love, was written by Maurice Bejart, a choreographer for whom Versace designed stage costumes and a close friend of the late fashion designer. The event was expected to draw celebrities including supermodels Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer and British actress Elizabeth Hurley. Until his death, Versace's sexy and daring style had made him a favourite of rock singers, Hollywood stars and other celebrities. Upon Versace's death, his sister, Donatella, took over design, with brother Santo running the business. Other events to commemorate Versace's death include an exhibit of his sketches and theatre costumes installed on Milan streets, and the establishment of a scholarship in Versace's honour at the European Institute of Design in Milan. A native of Reggio Calabria in southern Italy, Versace began designing ready-to-wear for other firms in 1972 in Milan. He launched the Gianni Versace label with an autumn-winter collection in 1978. In the 1980s, he gained fame with a flamboyant, glitzy style for both men and women. Yes she is Campbell beats a tree and throws a rock through a picture window and ultimately settles after drinking some iced coffee. Supermodel Naomi Campbell makes a mockery of her bad reputation in a new commercial for Dunkin' Donuts. The star features in the new advertisement that pokes fun at her anger-management issues. The commercial, which was screened on TV yesterday, also stars lifestyle guru Martha Stewart. In the script Naomi is gardening in an evening dress. Something goes wrong, she gets frustrated, and she flips out. She then takes her shoe off and throws it through a window. Next to her is a Martha Stewart type who is calm, cool and collected, thanks to her frozen Dunkin' Donuts drink.
