September 11, 20231 yr Jack the Italian Chef died 1 year ago. His channel always made his food look amazing. The whole heavily worn and smoking hot kitchen with the multiple burners on very high, and the bent-out of shape pans. It's too bad that he died young, it's obvious that the most likely culprit was his obesity:

October 10, 20231 yr A Paris Baguette chain just opened within walking distance of my house. The stuff inside looks beautiful but is about 2-1.5 times more expensive than it should be. An average sized pastry is $5-4, average sized baguette sandwiches are $11-9, a small slice of cake is $7. I guess that's why they are so successful- by making their products so pretty and overpriced.
