Doing a photoshoot for winter in 37 °C is not the best idea imo, and they seem to use a blank background (the other videos we saw recently) so they will edit the scenery behind her anyway, therefore I don't see any reasons to do it outside, in the middle of one of Europe's worst heatwaves in the last century. Doing in studio shouldn't have any difference if the back view of the photos has no need to be real and unaltered.
