Though in the bulimia articles I have she stated it was October 1994. Surely they wouldn't put a shoot in a magazine two years after it was taken.

I used to have it on VHS & would watch it often. It's amazing to think it was one of her first shows. I'd love to see the backstage photos from it, with all the models together.
