Its really difficult to ask everyone i know.. you cannot find everywhere such magazines like Madame Figaro.. I had to find someone who is living in big city.. Yesterday i asked another person too, to look for it.. Hope she will find it tomorrow.. Sorry, that i couldn't get it yet ..

I had the same fear too because the circulation of Madame Figaro in Turkey is just 23000.

:morning: Barbara has updated the news on her homepage: She had a lot of catalogue- and image-shootings, e.g. for a jeans label, cosmetics, fashion for brides, clothes for casual wear and others. She has been to Ismir, too, and has worked together with good fotografs and stylists there - but had no time to see something of the city, but she is happy, that the clients are so interested in her. She is curious what work comes next in the next 3 weeks of her stay.

And she had a very nice beauty-shooting for the turkish cosmopolitan-bride-magazine, she will also be on the title :hell yea!: with a bride-dress of her favorite designer valentino!

I am so happy about Barbara's update. I didn't really expect it otherwise but it is really good to know that she has so much work, an incredible amount of work!

The only problem for us fans is the difficulty to get these pics.

Barbara will have difficulties to remember all these catalogue shootings as well: it must be a really impressive amount by now when she says 'many' catalogue and image shootings: By the way, what is an image shooting?

Found a new picture from Barbara. It's from the stylist Arno Humer. He made her make-up fpr the Nicolas Olonetzky shooting.

cool pic, i've never seen this expression since now. it's cool, she has a lot of work in turkey. i hope, we'll see all those photos. I'm also really really curious what happens to her after her turkey-trip. would be great, if she visits her agencies in new york, london and paris.

@Juno: Barbara said in an interview before Istanbul that the stay in Istanbul is in preparation for New York: to actualize her model book.

Now the stay in Istanbul is really brilliant all in itself because she has sooo much work. I think this is in sheer mass at least the best stay abroad in her career. And the editorials and the magazines in which they appear are really classy.

(But it is difficult, I think, to top Mailand and Fabi in prestige).

That gives even more prestige to her and the portfolio.

But maybe stuff like bigger turkish magazines will be available here too, I mean, they're importing Huerriyet (newspaper), there must be at least some needs for fashion magazines too ... I've never thought about it before though, I will check at the train station ...

Here are no turkish magazines, so i didn't see.. I also wrote a message to Madame Figaro, but i didn't get an answer..

So i told you that i asked friends of mine.. but they couldn't still find it ... She said that she will try to reach the publishing house but it seems to be difficult ..
