January 4, 200817 yr Author Hmmm, I'm boring myself with my own comments. Thanks for the posts Daria Edited January 4, 200817 yr by B&O Railroad
January 5, 200817 yr The issue I have with that particular Christy pic is that it is a little too much up her nose, the way that is shot and she is posed. Though I think Christy is a fantastic model, obviously (as I said, I think that Wet Mischief is literally brilliant). Here's one more, another favorite:
January 6, 200817 yr Author Doutzen This pick from Daria was so good I took the time to scrub out the copy that was spoiling the pristine view of this Bellazon favorite. All kinds of white in this one! Opaque white, diaphanous white, translucent white, highlight white, matte white, gradient white, pale white, dark white, gray white, white white, great white. Yeah, this one is going to the hall of fame!
January 9, 200817 yr Author I snatched this one from Raica's thread in the middle of the night. And posted it right here instead... it's very very white.
January 10, 200817 yr Author Here's a nice one posted by ^cherry in the Catrinel Menghia thread: It is one thing to get a white on white effect indoors on a set. It is quite another to achieve the effect outdoors without any snow even. So even though it is not perfectly white, it is exceptionally white in context. There are more pics like this here.
January 10, 200817 yr Author Nice. I think this photo from Reeyo of Angelina pick deserves an entry of it's own with its beautifully soft transitions.
January 11, 200817 yr Alyson Hannigan, Carolyn Murphy, Heidi Klum, Jolene Blalock, Kelli Garner, Nadja Auermann and Zhang Ziyi
January 12, 200817 yr Author Reeyo continues to feed my eyes with WOW (White On White). If you would, take a minute or so to notice how the sequins on Jolene's dress work to add an unexpected and satisfying richness to the white effect. Also take a look a Jolene who is a wow in her own right.
January 14, 200817 yr Author This white on white photo is different from the other photos I have remarked on because it isn't about shapes blending in and out of the background This picture uses white to do what white does best- simplify....
January 16, 200817 yr Author ...continuing with the theme of simplicity, this submission features a simple composition and Paulina Porizkova who is simply beautiful.
