June 29, 200817 yr Author Guys I have a problem. I've been trying to resize the pictures for the HAIR cat. but every time I open photoshop and press open to open the file it doesn't come up. I've tried doing it over and over again and restarting photoshop but it still doesn't work. Can anyone help?
