sorry i just found it some where. i didnt make it myself so dont blame me and dont be that rude either no one asked for ur comments!

I think he was just pointing out that a large resolution does not necessarily denote high quality imagery.

When the picture is blown up like that one has been, it decreases the quality drastically. :/

Basically just because a picture is gigantic, doesn't mean it's good quality.

Edit: Guess maybe that picture wasn't blown up now that I look at it again, but something was done to it to make it look that way, and lessen the quality.

srry but im new here what would i know?! i didnt know bcuz i was looking at other pics that were blown up and they were named HQ and i dont know the difference! but ill keep that in mind next time! thanks for telling me! :)
