I have heard many things said around about how she is very snotty and rude and she doesn't look that way at all.

I don't think it's true because she really has good relationships with photographers, designers (Elie Saab for example), fashion editors..etc

In my honest opinion, literally everyone in fashion is replaceable and there are so, so many models you can chose to represent your product. You have to be an idiot of biblical proportion
