January 4, 200916 yr I hope these 'aint reposts - but they are by the great John Rawlings. He was way ahead of his time, taking these shots for magazines like Vogue back in the 40's. They might be pretty tame by today's Strange/Unique standards but this guy had the vision - and these shots are damn cool... ive always loved that pic... And the old school fashion mag photograpghy I think they qualify as strange and unusual heres my latest fave, found it on fotodecadent... OMG!!!!!! I need a Rawlings set! amazing stuff:
