November 30, 200519 yr so anyway, damian, since i havent noticed the yankees doing jack squat this winter (haha! we're fucked! haha!) how are you liking the mets offseason moves? The Yankees know what they are doing. They need a CF and some bullpen help, they will probably get that done at the GM meetings next week. The Blue Jays are being really agressive. The Mets, what can I say, I'm very ecstatic about the moves they've made. They didn't give up much for Delgado and they got the closer that they needed in Wagner. The thing that is getting me more excited than anything is that they targeting their flaws and getting the guy that they want, while weaking their division rivals. And they are not done....Manny next, 2B, catcher, bullpen?? It's kind of fun to be a Mets fan right now.
November 30, 200519 yr Jays signed BJ Ryan for 47 million for 5 years :| wtf?! unless your name is mariano rivera, you should NOT be making that much money as a closer ok you all KNEW i had to bring him up. dont act so surprised agreed but at least it shows the jays are serious this year, and hopefully it brings AJ Burnett over to T.O.

How did this become such a big story anyway? Mike Piazza is playing for Italy but the last time I checked he was born in Pennsylvania. I have not heard anyone say anything about that.

January 10, 200619 yr I liked Cairo...he is a solid backup infielder. I don't know what the Mets were thinking by not offering him a contract. I guess they feel as though they can get by with Chris Woodard. They also lost Marlon Anderson to the Nats. We had a really nice bench last season. I see Arod now wants to play for the U.S. in the WBC. My question is, can this guy make up his mind?
