June 29, 201113 yr Phils, best record in the league. Cliff Lee just pitched his 3rd consecutive shutout. He's allowed 1 run in the month of June.I see no one getting in the way of us this year other than ourselves. Anything less than a World Series win is a failure.

November 11, 201113 yr i agree. what a series in general. i can;t stand LaRussa, but congrats to the Cards on a great run. that team played playoff baseball long before the playoffs started jsut to get into the post season. and to win it all, i tip my hat and raise my glass
