I think that in each of their album there are always at least 2-3 GREAT songs (the rest being really good songs)

Mark Oliver Everett is a freakin' genius. He has been for decades.   

 

I used to listen to his songs while I was a student. I could listen to his music during hours; then I would play the songs in my head while listenning to the courses. I remember seeing the electrons spinning in harmony with E's beautiful notes. I kissed a girl while listenning to their chords and feeling the cold wind coming from the open window of our student residence.

Bands like these give colors to events that happen in lives.
