^ Yes but if you look at Jo's pictures "victoriassecret" is not tagged. And Celia Azoulay is tagged, the fashion editor at Vogue Paris. I'm not saying she shot for the magazine but I doubt it's for VS with this make-up and those outfit (except the lingerie one but as far as I'm concerned VS do not sell jacket and bland white top) I think it might be a feature of "The Live of a VS angel" or something like that. But I might be wrong but I would find it odd that no one in the team tagged VS..

Yes I know I taught about that while writing but I was thinking more in a positive way, with all due respect. Like for me a white women doing braids is not a cultural appropriation if she don't act she suddenly a black women. And yeah I agree for the latter case, and it's not the first time Karlie and neither US Vogue are put in this type of situation

I agree with you on this point, the team knew where they where going with this, of course. And they should have known that it would be called offensive. But I meant that often people just scream that something is a cultural appropriation when sometimes it's just embracing the culture and praising it.

Her page wasn't working a few hours ago. It's back on track now And yeah sometimes people are over-reacting over "cultural appropriation". It's offensive if the people of the culture find it offensive. If you're a white women then you don't have to say that her shoot is offensive. But I have to agree I find Karlie's reaction, well... She knew what she was doing and like some of you said it is not the first time she got in that type of trouble. She accepted the job because it's a fricking Vogue shoot. And she was aware of how she was dressed up and the way this shoot was going.

There is something I don't understand tho... Last year they did all that big of a deal about ROTY saying "The Winner get a spot in the 2017 issue" but Ashley and Bo are also featured so what is the point of having this type of competition ? Even if Barbara wouldn't have won it was almost sure she would also have been featured...
