Dude, you have a tendency to not read what people write, these days Dinklage is totally entitled to his opinion. I just said it's ridiculous to erase dwarfs from a movie... in order to supposedly defend dwarfs. Just read what people write, sir

And now they support Bloomberg, Pelosi and Cortez. These people are the same as Giuliani. Same kind of crooks. I've been a RATM fan for their music (I never really cared about their politics - I liked their rage though, but now they're just toothless tigers who are being petted)

The way to help dwarfs (sorry, I mean people from the "dwarfism community") is to erase them from stories... Suuuuure. North American entertainment atm:

@Cult Icon I'd really love if CDPR made a new Witcher game. The Witcher 3 is still one of the best games I played

Yep. Diversity of thought / critical thinking is what we all need today. All of us.

Oh and you don't have to believe me. Listen to John Oliver (who is a journalist, so it's a critique from the inside - oh and don't worry, he's left leaning and says "Orange man bad", so definitely "trustworthy" ) This show here (this episode was made before his show became nuts because of all the bipartisan political BS in North America)

People in the media don't understand jack squat to science. Most of them don't know what "non exact science" means and most journalists don't know how to read a scientific paper beyond the title... Also, the notion of scientific consensus is extremely blurry and the ones who claim to determine it are not always qualified to do so. It doesn't mean that rogue scientists always say interesting things. In fact 99% of the time, they don't. But the groundbreaking scientists were very often rogues at first. BTW, it doesn't mean that there is no BS on the "free" Internet. Huge portions of the web are piles of garbage. But the media is not exactly devoid of crap either...

Not the left/right narrative again... Bipartisan/Manichean politics from North America is a sore... I'm glad we are mostly immune to it in France (our politics is mostly chaos now ) I remember their clip against Giuliani and wall street (who is a freaking crook). Now they lick the boots of Bloomberg and Pelosi (who are exactly the same type of people as Giuliani ). Older fellas... it's more comfortable to be pro-machine

I love Neil Young's music. But he's become old. Older fellas become conservatives. And being conservative today in North America is being Woke (I'm talking about the real definition of conservative, not what the Manichean political "sciences" in NA make of this word). And it seems that the Woke hate Joe Rogan because he invites everybody (pro-something, against something, etc.) He behaves like a real journalist: with a real naivety and the will to give a chance to all sides of an argument... that's unacceptable for the likes of CNN.

Oh, it's interesting. I like it, because it gives another "flavour" to Yen's character. There's something sweet in the melody and melancholic at the same time. --- In the Witcher 3, there's a melancholic aspect too (not exactly the same, I don't know how to describe it, I guess it's more dramatic in the Polish witcher show), but there's also something proud in it (there are parts of the Kaer Mohren theme in her theme, but with bowed strings here instead of a flute, it makes it a bit sadder too I guess)

BTW, Neflix stock is tanking.... And it started happening after the repetitive release of Ultra Woke shows. But journalists see it "as a coincidence" and they think "there's nooooo link, no, no, no". Who would've thought that moralists would be blind about the ultra-moral trend they defend? So long, Netflix

Dragon Age inquisition is a good example of "organic" diversity (I hate this word BTW, using it is like considering humans as cattle IMHO). Anyway, Dragon Age is a globalized fictional world with people from very different regions. You can even think of it as a mixture of a Roman-style globalisation, fantasy and medieval tropes. It's not an Eastern medieval world like the Witcher and it has very different regions with very different climates so it works (I guess you'd have to admit that in this world, the climate changes very rapidly from one region to another - or that horses are very fast..... - but it definitely works)

Fair points. You should write a letter to Netflix (I'm serious BTW, I think fans should send reasonable, well argumented critics to writers). In fact, given how disconnected "official critics" (from newspapers / cable news) are from the general audience, companies like Netflix could really benefit from a more organized feedback from their audience (not just the like/dislike button, cause it really takes people for fools ).
