I think that if they are paid, it's not a super high rate. The exposure they get from the show is huge - girls usually have their rates raised with other clients since they are more "prestigious" now (at least that's what I've heard being the case with Alanna Arrington)

It's been rumored that she's opening Pink and has a mainline outfit, but we'll have to wait and see!

They should have put a different-colored sweater on her, too many nude/beige tones in the picture. But a big YES to the haircut, VS needs to shake it up in terms of hair styles since most angels have longer hair.

I've met/hung around Sara, Jasmine, and Lais at EDC this year, and none of them were even drinking the free alcohol provided/doing drugs/anything of the sort. They were just dancing and having fun and talking to one another. So while they do go to the events/parties I don't think you can necessarily assume that they are there to support "typical model habits". Btw, Lais is super sweet and kind.
