Wow what a spread! The only things that wouldn't be on my plates are deviled eggs, potato salad, and fried green tomatoes. The Christmas dinner spread is good too. Japanese & Korean Thanksgiving sounds good. Japanese curry is more of a sweet curry rather than savory in addition to being brown.
