I'm surprised at how much they've been shooting the past week, I thought there would be a lull after the holiday madness.

I think they'll probably have more girls walking than they ever have because the 20th anniversary is going to be all about how it's the "biggest and best" show they've done. The regulars listed above are most likely in, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the last year for a lot of them. I could see them playing up the "new" generation of girls working for them versus the ones who have been for years and years and how it's such an honor for the latter group to be asked back time and time again, and now it's time for the "new" generation to have that shot. Is there anyone you guys DON'T want to see walk this year? Maud can stay home.

I wish they'd had the red lip on all the girls, it looks fantastic.

With this many new girls they have to push them this hard for it to work. It was a mess when they first announced them and people still mix up the blondes. Regardless, it's still smart of them to be putting this much effort into getting their names out, it took them long enough to do it. I honestly can't see any of the vets staying longer than another five years tops, and that's Candice who will be a special circumstance like Adri and Ale.

Candice is shooting for VSX today, Jac and Romee are shooting with Will Davidson.

Omg, the Izauation Overall, it's a good group. I still don't know what the hell they were thinking signing Kate. Like someone else said, if they liked her HF work and her walk, they could have easily had her shoot and walk for them. She's supposed to be a spokesmodel for the brand and that ain't happening. Stella's "cool girl" demeanor is really off-putting and she's not personable at all, but I think as long as she's involved with Miley she's safe. Taylor and Sara will be around for awhile, I think Elsa will be pushed heavily during her stay with VS, same with Jasmine. I think they'll try and push Romee (hello, Ed's fave) but idk how the public will respond. I like Martha but I could see her being dropped sooner than some of the other girls, same with Jac and Lais.

Yeah I don't see any old Angels walking, VS deals with enough people bitching about how good it used to be, they aren't going to want to waste airtime showcasing people they don't even work with anymore. I can see a "best of the runway" montage and that's about it.

More Christmas stuff? They're also shooting winter VSX this week.

Maybe Kate was feeling better than she was when they were shooting the commercial in Rome? That girl and her contract do nothing but confuse me tbh, I wouldn't be surprised if they drop her after the VSFS.

She's obvs sucking the soul of of that girl to keep her Ice Queen™ powers intact.

I would be too. Not that I like all of the new girls or anything but most of them work. I'm sure VS' plan when they signed all of them was to drop their vets sooner rather than later. Adri/Ale/Lily will probably all be gone after VSFS this year more or less (end of 2016 at the absolute latest), and I can see Behati and Candice only sticking around for another few years tops.

All this media messiness is kind of amazing.

I think a lot of them look a lot younger than the "older"/vet Angels, at least IMO. Maybe it's because I'm so used to seeing pictures of the vets that newer girls seem a lot fresher or something.

I have a feeling they'll keep the younger newest Angels "away" from the vets as far as shooting goes.

Oh yeah I definitely agree with you on those points, I was just saying that the reason VS could have as far as giving Candice the FB again was that she's one of their most recognizable faces, along with Ale and Adri. I'd say Behati is behind those three as far as recognition goes, understandably so. But with the amount they've been pushing her so hard for a year and a half, you have to think they're doing for a reason. I don't think them giving it to one of the newer girls is out of the question either. In fact, I wouldn't be too surprised if they did that. However, I think there's realistically only one or two of them who they'd consider. IMO the only Angels who have a shot this year are Adriana, Behati, Candice and Elsa.

I'm liking the pictures but I'm expecting the commercial itself to be a mess. I wish they'd go back to the feeling of the 2008 one, that was perfection.
