I think a lot of them look a lot younger than the "older"/vet Angels, at least IMO. Maybe it's because I'm so used to seeing pictures of the vets that newer girls seem a lot fresher or something.

I have a feeling they'll keep the younger newest Angels "away" from the vets as far as shooting goes.

Oh yeah I definitely agree with you on those points, I was just saying that the reason VS could have as far as giving Candice the FB again was that she's one of their most recognizable faces, along with Ale and Adri. I'd say Behati is behind those three as far as recognition goes, understandably so. But with the amount they've been pushing her so hard for a year and a half, you have to think they're doing for a reason. I don't think them giving it to one of the newer girls is out of the question either. In fact, I wouldn't be too surprised if they did that. However, I think there's realistically only one or two of them who they'd consider. IMO the only Angels who have a shot this year are Adriana, Behati, Candice and Elsa.

I'm liking the pictures but I'm expecting the commercial itself to be a mess. I wish they'd go back to the feeling of the 2008 one, that was perfection.

LMAOO @ that Candice scenario, I can so see it happening and exactly like that too. I wouldn't even be mad, only amused. I'll actually feel sorry for Behati if she doesn't get it this year, it seems like she's been one of the frontrunners for three years in a row. Lily barely has a shot, she's hardly worked for VS this year in comparison to past years and to other girls. People are basing it on seniority and the fact that she hasn't gotten it yet. VS doesn't care about that, they never have. The reason for giving it to Candice again is it's the 20th anniversary and she's one of their biggest names and faces.

Agree with all of this. I love Lily but her best (and only?) shot at getting it was last year with her SI cover and all the work she did for them, and it's pretty clear her time with them is almost over. She's always going to be second tier with VS, whether it's "versus" Behati/Candice or all these new girls they'll no doubt continue to push. Plus I don't think she's a big enough name or has a strong enough walk to carry the 20th anniversary FB. I'd be okay with either Behati or Candice getting it, I think it's between the two of them. And I know VS doesn't give a rat's ass about who deserves it or seniority so it wouldn't surprise me if they gave it to Candice this year.

I like the beat of that song in terms of walking for the girls. I also could see Jason Derulo perform since he's had some of the biggest songs of the year. I'm not a huge fan though.

As long as Nicki and Taylor have a gladiator style battle (in line with the commercial theme) in the center of the runway I support this.

Agreed. Plus there's enough time between now and the show that The Weeknd could put out another song and have another potential hit to perform. Same with Nick, who would be great for Pink and I think both acts would interact with the models well but not go overboard like some have.

It's funny you mention that because I was going to post saying the same thing, that I noticed they'd both quoted it. Both he and Nick have a couple of hits so I could see either/both performing this year.

Only Romee's so far, which is also for a year. I would assume most of the newer girls received those.

I agree with you guys as far as who you think is safest. They all have the fact that they're the youngest in the group on their side and you know that Ed and his new partner Vlad like to start 'em young. I still think Kate is done, and with Ale/Adri/Lily on the way out they might not drop anyone else for another year or so.
