She said in a Facebook live interview she did yesterday with Refinery 29 that she's thinner and her bones protrude more because of her scoliosis.

I would be surprised if that was Karlie. From the looks of her social media, she's been overseas and in LA for the last little while. Unless they filmed that before she went overseas.
They said in that video those were the first production meetings. Those could have been shot a while back, and they've since added more too them.
I love everything about this look. She absolutely hit it out of the park!
