I think @Kevork89 means that the healthy look tends to be more skinny, It doesn't have to be in reality, but people associate Skinnier women size 2/4 who work out as more healthy. MOdels who are fuller often get that critism 'she needs to work out more eat healthier'. Adriana, Doutzen, Miranda Candice are excellent examples of promoting te skinny healthy look. They are skinny, but work out a lot they are toned, promote their life style by saying they do yoga drink green juices

They still pretend to promote curvy, but it is different. It is not like Laetitia and Tyra with size 6/8 and curves. Now it is about a smaller size size 2/4ish being skinnier still 'healthy', super fit., AND having curves otherwise it wouldn't be VS. THe curves VS tries to promote is Candice and Lais: skinny+cuves. But to me they are promoting this fake curviness. Most girls don't have that much curviness, but with push up bra, photoshop, body contouring, they create curves, so the body ideal is faker that in the 90's IMO.

MIne: 2008 the whole show, all the segments were perfect. It was glamour, style luxury, allure, everything that represents lingerie. 2005 best opening, good remixes, Sexy Toys Sexy Delicious Russian Babes were creation of a genius. 2010 everything was great and perfect 2006 Come fly with me was epic, PINk 2012 Diamonds was epic 2007 the show was quite bad, but Adriana was the true star. Hated Seal singing, VS hit a low point. Spice girls performing WHY 2016 location magical 2013 Parisian nights 2014 opening spectacular 2011 crappy in general 2015 crappy in General 2009 worst show in history, I saw it once and never ever wanted to see it again. I might change my mind because the shows between 13 - 15 are a bit blurry to me, I lost motivation to see it so forgot a lot of it.

Her boob job reminds be of Selita Ebanks. @modellight being younger you are more impressionalbe of course. The pressure most be big especially in the modelling industry. Still it depends on the person. At 18 I certainly knew I never want plastic surgery. And a lot of people just believe what they want to believe. I know a 26 year old woman who doens't (want) to believe Kim Kardarshian has tons of plastic surgery. Wether you are 18 or older I think that is just a bit dumm if plastic surgery is so obvious you can't miss it and are still denying it. I don't think it has to do with age especially but more the time we live in and herd behaviour/mentality.

You would think those models know the best surgeon. With a good clinic this woud/could never have happened. (btw don't like plastic surgery anyway)

I noticed that VS is not that good in putting the right outfit with the right girl. They often make mistakes with regard to the shape/hight of a model and then give her an outfit that is not flatering at all but accentuates the 'bad' things. VS has an 'tunnel vision'. This model MUST wear that no matter what. I think it is very sad what Romee has done to here self. I would remove the implants asap. She is a young beautiful girl so sad to do that to yourself.

HORRIBLE can't believe she was casted for the show with those plastic boobs. If you want to it, then do it very subtle and do small implant and a good surgeon. Can't believe they let her walk!!!

Agree about Bella she is far from a natural beauty, and looks like she did plastic surgery also her body is scary fake. Gigi IS a natural beauty and coudl be a good model. Does Romee has implants how do you know? I think Sara is beautiful. But who do you think could potentially replace Adriana?

Does anybody also think that David Gandy is the male version or equivalent of/to Adriana Lima?

Behati opened the show in 2015 right? Well I think the opening was rubbish, at least on tv. The outfit was terrible and didn't like the song for an opening. Then I would prefer the opening in London 2014, I would think of that as epic.

I changed my miind. I never thought I would say this, BUT I think the 2016 is the best show since the last years. The location is amazing and magical, and the showed it very well on camera. The music was good enough, Lady Gaga fit in very well and Bruno Mars did good. (I am very glad Taylor Swift wasn't here). The outfits were good and like most of the models, although Bella and Kendall don't impress me. I liked the walk of Adriana. The only thing I hated were the in between segments/ They are the worst because every year we hear the same thing: how hard you have to exercise, how great VS made the models, about social media etc. And I hate the camera work and how it is edited. It looks like the camera men were drunk. I really got dizzy from the way the filmed and edited it.. I like to see the whole runway, not parts of bodies and faces. Best show in years but they need to get new camera crew and different editing, that would make the show much better.

But the ratings are only about tv, not streaming right. That was the whole discussion, that nobody watches tv anymore.
