Thanks for posting. I'd dare to say this woman is perfection incarnate. She has everything. The face, body, hair, eyes, eyebrows, lips, height...even her gaze is gorgeous. I'd love to find more stuff about her...For now, here you are some insta pics.

A few posts above, I mentioned the first workshop made by ESF in Luxor last April. Now, Getty Images has published a set of pictures of it. The photos were taken (again) by Richard Schroeder. There were about 70 pics and here you are some of them (with watermarks, of course). Elisa with children, leading the dance group and serving some food and drinks during the 7 days workshop. The official page of ESF has published some of her comments about this iniative. "ESF brings together over 150 children for its first workshop in Luxor. Thanks to the hard work and inspiration of our team of partners, co-sponsors, participants and collaborators, we are happy to say our first workshop has been a success! 'The world is something we all share. To me, it’s important to know I’m doing what I can to help, but also to remember that engaging in helping others is always a two-way road where everyone involved is learning' stated Elisa". Regarding to ESF and the support of Yoox.com she said: 'Our first workshop in Luxor was a great success and an enormous source of inspiration, but there is still a lot of work to be done. This collaboration will be very helpful to us and I am very grateful'.

Lovely dress. Thanks for posting.

July, 23. Aishwarya attended the opening ceremony of Commonwealth Games 2014 as Longines ambassadress. The black trench coat (Gucci) is lovely. But I can't understand why she chose to wear boots. High heels would have been a better choice, in my opinion. The hairdo doesn't help a lot...

Sppoted in Ibiza. July, 25. The group was spotted in the yacht Pacha III which belongs to Princess Caroline of Monaco. The three couples were together enjoying European summer. Andrea Casiraghi and his wife, Tatiana Santo Domingo. Elisa with Alex Dellal and Margherita Missoni (heiress of fashion industry) with her husband Eugenio Amos (racing driver). In case you don't know it, Dellal and Casiraghi are very close friends since Alex (married to Elisa now) was the boyfriend of Charlotte Casiraghi.

Thanks for posting! La Perla. F/W 2014-2015. Photos: Mert Alas; Marcus Piggott. Art direction: Fabien Baron. Models: Mariacarla Boscono; Daria Strokous; Liu Wen. Stunning. :wub2: :wub2: Mariacarla has one of the best and sexiest bodies in fashion industry. Not to mention her attitude. Extremely refined. Edited. July, 26: I found the same pictures in bigger size, so I changed them.

After Mermaid's post, I can't get enough of her eyes...

Maybe it's not the best outfit for pregnancy. And the hair doesn't help a lot...Anyway, her face has always been beautiful. Stunning bone structure (the pregnancy puffiness is temporary, natural in her condition and it doesn't count). Thanks for the pics, Shepherd.

What a finding! Thanks for sharing, Teò.

Interview for YOOX. July, 18. Elisa Sednaoui has worn many hats in her career—model, actress, director—but now, the new mother has also honed her skills as a fashion designer exclusively for yoox.com. The 27-year-old beauty, who is of Egyptian, Italian and French descent, created the “Little-a-like” collection of mummy-and-me summer must-haves inspired by traditional Egyptian styles. Designed for both boys and girls, the pieces are simple yet elegant examples of coordinating stylish mother and child ensembles. Sednaoui’s expertise in the fashion industry comes as the result of her many years in the business. Among her many accolades, Sednaoui can count being the muse of Karl Lagerfeld and Christian Louboutin as well as her work as the face of many prestigious fashion houses. Today, she lives in London with her young son and has continued her work in the world of cinema, starring in a number of films including Bus Palladium, Love Lasts Three Years, and La Leggenda di Kasper Hauser with Vincent Gallo. She also has just finished directing her first documentary. Discover "Little-a-like" by Elisa Sednaoui. What is your dearest memory from childhood? All the time spent in Luxor, Egypt playing with my neighbours, who are still my friends today. You’ve always lived between Italy and Egypt. Where do you feel at home? What aspects of both countries have influenced your personality? I feel like I’m a real mixture of both because the two countries and cultures have been an equal part of my upbringing. I’m passionate, hot-blooded and romantic. What did you think of fashion when you were very young? I thought of it as a beautiful game. I dreamt of wearing women’s clothes and had a lot of fun looking at pictures of fashion shows to pick the dresses I wanted. What does “having style” mean for you? It means being naturally elegant, being yourself and wearing comfortable things. Everything needs to seem effortless and have harmony. Tell us more about the "Little-a-like" collection you created exclusively for yoox.com. All of the pieces are fresh, simple, and easy to wear for every occasion. I thought about my summers spent in Cairo and I reinterpreted the way mothers and children dress there. A big source of inspiration was my mother: a creative woman with a strong sense of style. When she was young she also used to design and produce clothes and shoes in Egypt. The Elisa Sednaoui Foundation promotes the personal and cultural development of young Egyptians. I really wanted this project to support the Foundation. Do you still keep some clothes from when you were a little girl? Do you remember your favourite pieces? I think I still have a little white cotton dress with light embroidery. It was my favourite. What is the best surprise about motherhood? My son’s smile. Has your style changed since you became a mother? My style hasn’t really changed but priorities rearranged. So, my look became more practical at times, but, in reality, I dress the same as I did before. Actually, even more than before, I like to look very feminine and wear high heels. What is a piece of clothing you think will never go out of fashion? Classic, high quality pieces with simple cuts that enhance the female body. Source: http://www.yoox.com/project/stardreambox_elisa_sednaoui#interview I'm not sure if this interview is the result of the "contest" called "Ask Elisa". According to Yoox, she would answer 10 fans questions live on facebook on July, 8. It never happened. At least, not that day. She did it on July, 17 with no previous announcement (apart from a line in her twitter 5 minutes before starting the interview). This article was published a day later. That's why I wonder if it's the transcription of that interview... Anyway, I can only say that yoox's organization was (N) (N) (N) (N)

Elisa is on vacation but the foundation that carries her name not. ESF has uploaded a video showing the results of their first workshop which took place last April in Luxor. As she mentioned it in an article published before ("Style and Sensibility"), I'll use her own words. "The Foundation’s first workshop took place this April in the West Bank of Luxor, Egypt, and brought together teachers from ‘MIMA Music’ and the ‘Egyptian Centre for Culture and Arts’. It was such a magical moment for me: over 150 children participated in this workshop from the surrounding community! They learned traditional Egyptian melodies and harmonica riffs, while collaborating together to create an original song. In addition, over ten young adults were trained in the MIMA Method to continue these types of workshops for children in the future. It was wonderful and very inspiring to witness how much work can be done in just a few days". Here you are the video. Of course, she appears there several times but briefly.

Interview. Very interesting interview (in my opinion, at least) published last April by thefashionography.com. Interview: Alexei Key. Text: Anna Griggs. Italian model Mariacarla Boscono has long shone as one of fashion’s brightest stars. A list of her professional achievements would run to encyclopedic length: over the course of her almost 20 year career she has booked nearly every top show, magazine, and campaign, while working with legendary photographers including Steven Meisel and Helmut Newton. Yet whether she is walking for Prada, posing for Vogue Italia, or fronting her latest Givenchy campaign, Mariacarla is always distinctively herself. In this Mariacarla is the epitome of model as muse: able to embody the visions of a diverse spectrum of creative minds, while inspiring them to new heights with her own unique beauty, charisma, and character. It’s this quality, along with her vivid passion for her work, that keeps Mariacarla’s clients famously loyal season after season. The fashion industry loves to throw around the word “icon”, but in Mariacarla’s case it might be the only description that truly does her justice. I am who I am. You get what you see. That’s why I’ve been a successful model, and will probably be around even 20 years from now. I put so much passion into what I do. I am still working these days, and I’m still very excited about what I’m doing. The day I lose this kind of excitement I’m just going to leave. I don’t want to make anyone miserable just because I am. When I was 15, I couldn’t leave Rome, so I was doing a lot of showrooms for Karl Lagerfeld and Valentino. At the time, I didn’t even know who Karl Lagerfeld was; I was just a kid. I wanted to do a little bit of modeling and have a little freedom from school. When I arrive on a job, I’m like a blank sheet of paper, and I want to be a blank sheet of paper and to have the artist who is going to be shooting me, to paint me, to paint over me the personage he is thinking about. And that’s what is inspiring to me, to have that type of freedom. I don’t live the type of life where people are going to go around and scream my name. I choose not to. You will never see me on a red carpet, or at those big parties, because I just don’t really care about them. I just want to do my job. And when I get recognized on the street or somewhere else, I always get red. You know, the loudest people are always the shyest ones. I DON’T LIKE TO BE OVEREXPOSED. I’M AROUND A LOT, BUT I SHARE ONLY A LITTLE. About photographers. When you meet Mert & Marcus, you always have this excitement — you feel something in your stomach. And they somehow are “old dramatic fashion” in a great way. Pure, dramatic fashion. I love it. I have incredibly high respect for Mert & Marcus, and what they do. They inspire me, and I think I inspire them. When we get to work together, it’s so easy. Riccardo Tisci is my best friend, and we’re like brother and sister — we love each other to death! And so we fight just like brother and sister – it’s intense when we fight. But it doesn’t last long. We grew up together and now he is a very busy man, and I’m a busy mom. We talk to each other a few times a day and still try to do holidays together as much as we can. For me, our relationship is much more than just working in fashion. One day we might just go and start selling potatoes; I don’t care. He is a great artist and a very talented man, and obsessive over what he does because he loves it. He was born to do what he does. And I think his creativity goes far beyond just clothes and fashion. He has to be “now”. He is phenomenal. He is always doing something. We could be in London having brunch and he would sew his shirt and he would give it to me and say, “Go to ladies’ room. I’d like you to try it on.” And I would say, “But I’m eating.” “No, no, go and try it on.” And it would be like a runway in front of the pub just for us. Or after a long day when we decided to go out, he’d say, “Ok, get dressed up – wear these heels – let’s go out.” I’ve always been like his puppet in a way. I used to work two jobs a day. One in the morning and one at night. Excitement is what kept me going. Crazy excitement. You will never see me in sneakers and that kind of thing. I like vintage. I love to mix high fashion couture with super basic clothes and beautiful vintage pieces. I have a lot of pieces that have their own history. And sometimes I haven’t even tried the pieces on, I just have them for the sake of having them. Black is the maximum amount of color you will get from me, usually. All shades of black – darker black, lighter black, and maybe a few whites. That’s my rainbow. Erotic? I don’t believe in the word erotic. I believe in a sensuality. One rule I have is: no vulgarity. Everything else is accepted. Sometimes wearing lingerie can be more vulgar than being nude. I think that one should really know how to wear nudity. And I think I wear it very well. Life is acting, and it is the most interesting thing in the world that has no end. Every day is a new lesson and a new scene – that’s the beauty of it. I think the biggest problem in our society is always thinking, “What’s next?” “What are we going to do next?” and all that. But my motto in life is happiness, and it doesn’t really matter what life brings me. Life is research, and I will search for the happiest moments. I’m a very impulsive person and could not tell you what I might be doing a few years from now. I just want to be happy. One day I think I will go back to my roots. Relaxing, not looking at the phone, not going on the Internet. When I’m at home it’s really about nature. Because on the outside, even though we may try to reach for something, or want to reach for something – because society tells us to do so – making more money, getting a bigger house, buying better clothes or having a better lifestyle — that’s not what counts. Because once you have all those things, you want even more. It never ends. it’s just consuming things. And on the other hand, you have your friends, or time to read a book, or to relax somewhere, or to meet friends and loved ones. Those things can’t be bought. After my baby’s birth. I can say my life is just perfect. I highly suggest having a child to everybody. Source: http://thefashionography.com/mariacarla-boscono-interview/ The interview contains a few non recent pictures of her but I'll just upload one of them. Not only because I think it's stunning. I think it's the perfect example of her thoughts about nudity in fashion. Warning. Nudity.

I'm not a fan of Laetitia but I really like Nico Bustos' work. I found this amazing picture taken by him and I thought you'd like it. Apparently, Laetitia will be on the next issue of Madame Figaro (at least, this photo is for MF).
