These allegations are a direct result of a ranging civil suit filed by the US Department of Justice to recover ill-gotten gains from an allegedly fraudulent enterprise. The civil suit will almost certainly be followed by a criminal indictment at some point in the future. While Kerr isn't alleged to have broken any US laws, she may in fact be in possession of essentially stolen property, potentially a crime itself. As such, no competent lawyer would allow their client to issue any statement through their publicist until such a time that the litigation and potential criminal investigation are completed. If Kerr does issue a statement, look for it to come from her lawyer.

She doesn't look very good endorsing a festival that was, at best, comically disorganized and, at worst, a criminally fraudulent enterprise. Not a whisper of apology from her to the people who follow her on social media, the same people she helped sell this festival to. Celebrities who are very outspoken with respect to how they believe others should behave, like Ratajkowski is, should be held to as a high a standard as they hold others.

I think it's very possible she has sectoral heterochromia. It's probable she wears a color contact because sectoral heterochromia can be somewhat distracting, even unsightly to some. Wanting a more uniform iris color for cosmetic reasons would be perfectly understandable.
