That means don´t copy any image on any website and paste it directly in your post. You can save the images to your PC and upload it with the board tool "attachment" and paste it in you post or save any image to your PC and upload it on any image-hoster-service like imagebam.com, imagevenue.com, etc. ..... and paste it as BB-Code for forums into your post.
