Yeah.. I lived in Cabrini Green the first 4 years of my life, the only white kid I think. lol. Then I moved to the Northwest suburbs in order to go to a better school. Now I live downtown again for work. I go through what used to be Cabrini all the time. It's cleaned up a ton but it's also kind of sad how they just completely flattened that entire neighborhood and then just renamed it. As if it never existed. That's why my name on here is R(est)I(n)P(eace) Cabrini Green. That's really cool though that you picked up on the meaning of my name right away. P.S. - White Sox for me as well. I hate the sCrUBS.
