Precisely my point. VS can still make poor use of Shanghai and the place is still not main reason the Russian babes didn't get clearance to travel.

Posting this photo once. Look at Aiden, Amilna, (can't identify the other one) and Grace's picture. They're all in mainline. Amilna previously mentioned she's got two outfits, we're pretty darn sure Aiden has two, and I think she mentioned it herself. Grace is on the mainline board too. The Pink stickers show they're probably walking PINK too. So I am confident Grace has 2 outfits.

I think the matter of VISA was a foreseeable possibility. Like you said, we talked about it so when this happens, it shouldn't have been a massive WTF. Shit happens, but it ain't right to throw the blame on to the location is what I'm saying. Going to Asia is good, Asians getting the spotlight is good. I mean like, if we kept the show in NYC, the Asians would have never gotten their time to shine. It has nothing to do with the ratings, but more with which models are getting the attention this year. Every year the show focuses on Caucasians, its about time the Asians got a year about them, in a show that's happening in their country. Like I said, the Russians not making it? I'm sorry, but there are a ton of girls who worked their asses all year too and get rejected. It's just a matter of shit happening and they can't join the show this year. I see VS stepping up their game with China, so it remains to be seen if VS takes advantage of the city.

The Russians not getting to walk has nothing to do with Shanghai. If you talked about Grand Palais, that's fine. VS is a major brand in Europe and The States anyway. But Asia? That's a whole new place for VS to cash in. Expansion was going to happen either way. You can't say just because the Russians aren't walking that having the show in Shanghai is wrong. I agree about Grand Palais but Shanghai is a whole different matter. It's not like VS has shown to do better if the show was in NYC, take 2015 as an example.

It's more like I really want more Asians walking the show, because the show is in fucking China. VS is dumb is they wanna stick to just 8 Chinese models.

Grace has two outfits. If those outfits are being given to non-angels, I pray to god it's not Lily D, Joan, Izabel. Because I don't want them coming back to walk.

Pretty sure that's the magic of a push up bra But yeah, Shu Pei needs to walk. In fact, with a bit of makeup, she actually looks better than the rest of the Asians, including Sui. At this point, I AM POSITIVE Shu Pei has a chance to walk. She worked for VS in RttR and half of the VS officials are in Shanghai and to lose a few Russian models means they have unused outfits. If VS wants to use those outfits, they have to find a quick replacement. And that means Asian models come in to the picture. Just backtracking their rejected records, they have Cong He, Luping Wang, Shu Pei ready to go. These were the 3 present at call backs. OR, they could use the RttR 3 runner ups to fill in. VS better not fuck this up.

Vanessa can't be true, someone asked about Vanessa Moody because she dislikes her and once mentioned she wished Vanessa Moody didn't walk the show. That's how her name came in to question.

I'm okay with letting go a few blondes for a few more Asians, Shu Pei deserves a spot in the show. I'm sorry it had to be the Russians though.
