Hmm... its interesting that VS is putting Liu out there. Although I'd imagine it's just for the purpose of the show. Actually, a few hours ago, I saw a Sui interview on Weibo asking her what is her hope for this year's show. And she replied "I think my hope is everybody's hope". It makes me question if an Angel status is possible. With Alessandra speculated to leave VS, and Sui having this whole brown hair dye thing... I can see Sui being an angel, with that copper hair and stuff. She's had her copper hair since this May and has never gone black. It could just be me reading in to much. But a couple of months back when people were speculating if we'll have an Asian angel, lots of people mentioned Sui because she talked about how modeling was the focus of her career in year end.

With the Russians out of the equation + Gigi too, we've got back about...a surplus of 5 outfits. If VS is smart, they can get Shu Pei, Cong He & Luping Wang to fill in. Shu Pei - 2 oufits Cong - 1 outfit Luping - 2 outfits

Slept for 12 hours and woke up to all most of this. First things first... mrw Gigi ain't walking. Secondly... I think the show is getting better. No Gigi, a little bit less models. The show is is turning in the direction that we all wanted, ie: less models, no Gigi in a rather interesting way. I'm gonna be off the forums for a day or two because I'm dealing with an event at work. But I'm gonna keep tuning in and post comments if I can. I lowkey hope VS will have an Asian angel by the end of this year's show if there's an RttR season 2.

Guys, I'm going to have apologize for sharing the wrong info on RttR. It seems that the YouTube video I showed about RttR's Winner a.k.a Christian isn't accurate. I checked with my contacts and someone else got the title instead. Someone previously said the showdown was between Jaclyn and One. I'm just gonna say one of them is the winner.

I mean I admit the guy who shouted at Erin was a huge dick, but Erin didn't handle the crisis well. She's opening the segment, going out a few seconds late would mean disrupting the rest of the models' flow. And, not to mention the performer's flow too. Remember last year in Mountain Romance, Romee was basically still walking down the runway when Lady Gaga was done with performing. Same thing happened in 2014 with Candice closing. I'm certain the VS team would have stayed behind and help her with the hat if she wasn't opening. KK in 2008 was the same case, she couldn't even fit in to her Black Tie Holiday outfit because of some alleged thyroid issue. The person putting her outfits together even said "You can pin me, but don't pin her." I think VS really tried to help their models, so I don't completely blame VS after seeing what Erin did in 2011. Erin lacked maturity.

Erin did well for the first walk, second walk not so. At least in the VSFS history, all models handled their wardrobe malfunctioning gracefully and it makes Erin look bad. Fernanda had a thread from her outfit tangled in to her shoe and she still carried on and posed in the camera, KK's shoe came out in Fly With Me and she marched out and back bare footed on her left leg, Miranda's shoes came off in 2011 during Ballet and she never once looked down and just kept walking until she was out of sight. Other examples, Doutzen's wing in Dangerous Liaison in 2012 nearly smacked Rihanna in the face and she was professional about it by not freaking out. 2014, she nearly fell off the runway because of Karlie's little moment with Taylor but acted like nothing happened. Elsa's 3D wings in PINK University smacked Ariana in the face and she kept walking too and kept her cool. I'm pretty sure Elsa must have felt shitty then but a model needs to keep her cool when she's on stage. There are a ton of videos of model falling in HF runways too, but they don't make an awkward scene out of themselves. Jessica Stam fell numerous times in HF, she laughed about it, clapped her hands, the audience followed suit and she finished her walk. It's better than looking shocked and not knowing how to respond. What did she do wrong? She looked down at her control when she's right in front of the camera, the moment where she had her spotlight. In 2012, she repeated the same mistake by refusing to go out without her hat. Shit happens, I get the girl's a tad bit upset her favorite outfits aren't holding together nicely. But to have that aired on to national television so the entire world can see a stage usher shout at a model when its her moment to shine is pretty messed up. VS could have did that for drama, but I think it was a silent shade to her.

About 50% of the models are already on the way, Sui/Ming are in Shanghai too. Xiao posted on her IG that she's flying over this morning, I bet she's there by now.

For those of you talking about Erin's career with VS. I'm with you that the girl SEEMED sweet and quiet. But... a few weeks ago, I saw some pretty raw catwalk footage of Erin's from VSFS. I'm just gonna say, whether VS dropped her because she wasn't working out hard enough or losing weight, I'm confident the most solid reason VS had for dropping her was due to her lack of professionalism as a model. They could have just used that to deflect any claims about VS forcing Erin to lose weight. I loved her, and pity her because she gets wardrobe malfunction consecutively for 2 years. But... what I saw her do on the runway was pretty unacceptable. Can't say much about her career though, maybe her downfall as a model started when VS dropped her. Then again... all angels have had poor modeling career since then. The only ones doing well are Gisele, Tyra, Naomi & Heidi. Could be that VS wants to keep everything tight lipped and make the announcement themselves because the models are ruining their moment. Although I don't doubt that VS is trying to help them.
