Just wondering - looked at this year's issue again and noticed the Honda ad between the Spain and Vegas shoots. Blonde girl in bikini. Any chance that's the Samantha Hoopes someone mentioned earlier? Looked like similar body and face to me, but can't really tell

Tyra wasn't on the cover her first year in the issue. She started in 1993. Cover in 1996. Since the 70s, the only models to get the cover their first year in the magazine are Judit Masco, Daniela Pestova, Valeria Mazza, and Heidi Klum. And I guess Beyonce, if you include her. I never really do.

And it looks like they're shooting on St. Lucia. Walter was there last week with the family and guess he's hanging around taking pix. Tough life.

Some model named Jessica Mau was also at the location in Mexico. She commented on Jessica Perez' pic. Maybe that shoot it has nothing to do with SI. Or maybe it does. Who knows at this point.

If I had to guess, I'd say neither Nina nor Chrissy were at the first unknown location. The one pic everyone thought was Nina now looks like it would be Marloes. When have they had 6 models at one location in the last decade, other than the cover model shoot in 06?

yes u missed a pic of her sit in the sand in topless and she was MIA on twitter... she was also in the latest location.

Why does anyone think Chrissy was at the unknown location? None of the pix posted from there match to her unless there's something I missed.

Walter's wife commented on Christie's IG photo. Doubt that's a coincidence. Brooklyn is also in NYC today.

Isn't the last model on the last shoot actually Jessica Gomes? She took off on a "serious mission" October 2, and only posted one tweet of her on a boat in the days after.
