i meant i used to be nearly overweight then i just started working out and in the end started practically not eating and doing stupid stuff to burn the few kalories i ate. i slimmed down from 82kg to 54 kg at 175cm in ca. half a year. i want to put on msucles but it's not really working lol therefore i'm feeling fat you gotta eat well! eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 huge meals per day. exercise + good diet= chalker body
