I agree on both counts Banks has become a self obsessed lunatic now. Crazy people are certainly interesting though, but I prefer crazies that do things to others(Naomi to Selitan) instead of talking about themselves.

Her personality has suffered tremendously after the success of her own show. She is not the same anymore, especially after "kiss my fat ass" episode. Cant believe I am saying this, but I prefer crazy Naomi over crazy Tyra anyday now *goes to room & starts crying* Another plus of having Naomi, the chances of Selitan getting hit with a cell phone are pretty darn high Tyra on the other hand would probably celebrate Selitan's booty or something. I need help getting through such an early morning! The Starbucks cashier recognizes me from an Estee Lauder ad and asks me for my autograph. So exciting! Hilary Rhoda main 5:30am Hop in the shower and wash my hair. I use Bumble & bumble's super rich-conditioner. Constant styling on photo shoots damages my hair. This helps to keep it looking healthy. 7:30am I like a fresh face for daytime. My makeup artist uses Estée Lauder DayWear Plus Tinted Moisturizer to give my skin a nice, even tone and a hint of color. She contours with matte bronzer to bring out my cheek bones. This is one of my favorite makeup tricks. 9:30am Ringing the opening bell is so much fun! The trading floor is so full of energy and I'm so excited to be here. It feels like being at a football game with all of the commotion, but it was thrilling to see them at work! We do some press interviews and take photos on the trading floor. Then I head home to have lunch and take a nap. 2:30pm My makeup artist applies Estée Lauder Double Wear Light Stay-in-Place makeup – I need it to last until dinner, but I hate looking like I'm wearing foundation. This looks so natural and really lasts. Lots of black mascara on my eyes! 6:15pm Pose for photos with Elizabeth, Gwyneth and Carolyn at Bloomingdale's. There are photographers everywhere! I can't believe all of these people have come to see us. The store is packed. This type of environment is new for me and I was a bit nervous but quickly calmed down seeing the other girls so relaxed! 11:00pm I've had such a great day, I don't want it to end! Wash my face and slather on some Estée Lauder Nutritious Vita-Mineral Gel Creme. I collapse into bed -- I have to wake up tomorrow to fly to Miami for a photo shoot! 6:00am My hair stylist and makeup artist arrive. I'm ringing the opening bell of the New York Stock Exchange this morning with my fellow Estée Lauder spokesmodels so we decide on a natural, more classic look for Wall Street. Decide on a low ponytail that’s polished but not too “done.” 8:00am Slip on my white Alexander McQueen dress. It's a simple, elegant design so I choose a pair of super high Stella McCartney heels. I love a strong shoe. My makeup artist gives my lips one last touch up and gives me a lip gloss for the car downtown. One spritz of Sensuous as I'm walking out the door! 1:30pm Already time for hair and makeup again! Gwyneth Paltrow, Elizabeth Hurley, Carolyn Murphy and I are doing a photo op and signing fragrance bottles at Bloomingdale's tonight. I'm decide to wear my hair down and go for a more dramatic evening eye look. 3:30pm Tan legs are essential for a short dress! I decide on a short, black Stella McCartney dress with three-quarter sleeves and gold buttons running down the sides. I’ve been moisturizing daily with Estee Lauder Body Performance Golden Naturally Radiant Moisturizer to maintain a bronzed look. 8:30pm Arrive at Waverly Inn for dinner that Aerin Lauder is hosting in our honor. Everyone enjoys cocktails before sitting down. I have the crab cakes for dinner (I am from Maryland, after all) and a delicious fish entrée.
