if the agency says she's 5'10 then yes it means she's actually 5'9...agencies always up models an inch if they are shorter than 6 ft, and take away an inch if they are taller than 6 ft <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yep, angencies lie. Tyra Banks, on ANTM, even said "There are your real measurements that you give when you're being fitted for clothes, and then there are your fake measurements you give to the clients." So, when a model's measurements are listed as 34-23-34, that's more than likely a lie.
