I hope she is ^ I miss her but I'm glad she isn't going to be in that commercial they are shooting in Miami its looks like a Transformers/Bad Boys movie with some models in heels and lingerie thrown up in it. Just looks like a over the top mess waiting to happen.

I personally love Barbara's body, her body is probably my current fave right now at VS. I think her soft curves combined with her shortish height (for a model) help her kind of stand out from the rest like Candice ultra small waist line, Karlie's super long legs, and so on. But everyone has their own opinions. I just hope VS doesn't pull an Emanuela De Paula on Barbara and continue working with her and some day make her an angel because even though I kind of like karlie for VS and all I still think Barbara fits the image a little more than her to be honest.

^True but I got a gut feeling that Karlie is going to become and angel pretty soon or at least by the end of this year and maybe Barbara as well. VS seems to REALLY like Karlie and girl has been in all over their site and has so far been in every campaign, commercial, ect coming out this year. Not to mention she speaks well, seems to vibe well with the other current angels, seems to be getting better and better with her pictures, has hf credibility, a good runway walk, has a unique and striking look that sets her apart, a charismatic and fun personality, and gets people talking and their attention whether it is good or bad. Love it or hate it girl seems like a shoe in to become an angel.

Dang Barbara can't catch a break just when it seemed the Bieber fever was dying down here comes Leo Mania , but I guess any exposure is good exposure. And to add my two cents on the whole Barbara being innocent or whatever discussion I think she does have a somewhat of an innocence/pureness at least to me due to her young age and angelic like face but she is definitely not this all out naive little girl that she sometimes puts on . Although I do hope her English gets better so she can express her self more and what not in interviews and that she grows out of some the side eye worthy stuff she tends to do like the whole Barbellas/Barbellos...........NO Barbara . I find it tacky and cringe worthy even when celebrities give their fans nicknames.

I hope she starts shooting for VS soon if she hasn't already I miss her in the commercials and catalogs.

Lindsay is a very pretty girl but like Lais and Erin she ends up coming off kind of boring and basic to me a lot of times and like ale I have never been a fan of her body but she is one of the best if not the best spokes person VS has right now . On another note looking at some of the behind the scenes videos and pictures of last year's holiday commercial it seems like VS cut a lot of pretty good stuff out like Ale walking down the hallway with the pink petals on the floor as well as all her other scenes, Barbara and Bregje walking down the steps together, Candice outside in some type of garden with those big white wings, and much more. I know they can't use every scenes but they could did without darn near 3 different shots/versions of Candice walking in every commercial. I hope this year's is much better.

I'm obsessed with her hair it always looks so full and luscious and it looks BOMB in that Elle editorial. I'm glad her and her bf are still going strong and she sounds so relax, smooth, and even witty when she talks in her 1st language, I do hope she improves more on her English so we can see more of that side of her although her broken English combined with her bubbly, fun personality makes her kind of endearing like Adriana and Laetitia.

I never really cared for Ale's body but girl does know how to pose though And I would definitely love to see Barbara, Candice, and Karlie do an event together since they seem to be the future reining trio but I doubt its going to happen anytime soon. VS is probably just going to send Candice, Behati, and Lily to do the VD launch this year instead (shrugs).

Barbara is straight owning all those VS videos she is even more beautiful and captivating in motion and I love how natural and effortless she seems And I don't think there is anything to worry about with her and VS current relationship. I'm sure VS knows they got something special right now. I just think that they are taking their time with making her into an angel and at the same time grooming her while waiting for her to fully mature and come into her own like they did with Candice and Rosie.

This tfs member (happycanadian) sums up perfectly in my opinion on the whole angel status. IN MY OPINION, this is what should happen moving forward: and it's time to let Adriana and Alessandra go. they're both legendary representatives for the brand and they both still look gorgeous and have many and more fans on this site who will disagree with me (i'm even a huge fan of them both, and have been for many years). but, i think everyone has a time when they can bow out. Heidi did it. Tyra did it. Gisele did it. it's been over a decade of working with VS. it's time. Doutzen is looking the best she has in years. she's stunning. she's great for VS and has been great for them. but do people know her outside of fashion followers? has she really transcended into "STAR" the way that Heidi, Tyra, Gisele or Adriana have? no, not really. and i think she wants to, but i just don't think it's gonna happen. or it would have at some point over her extensive fashion and VS career. and Miranda doesn't want to be there. you can tell! time. to. go. plus, she's utterly mindless in interviews. i love her as a model and i appreciate her street style, but seriously, she's not winning anyone over with her interviews. Lindsay? she's been with VS for several years now and hasn't made even the slightest impact. bye bye. Erin is beautiful, but she's dull and really only got famous for dating Leo. next. Lily was fun and cool, but same thing -- contract Angel for years now and zero impact. adios señorita. CANDICE: she really IS the current star of VS. her personality is more on the quiet side and i don't think she wants to be a big mega-brand. but she's absurdly hot, she's got the best body possible, she is ambitious in her fashion career, and she'll really take off once she's the sorta "head angel". BEHATI: famous boyfriend; check. great body; check. rock chic vibe; check. indie cool factor; check. she's really come into her own for the brand. she's got a different kinda energy and has that cool, hipster kinda sexiness that's natural and effortless. KARLIE: many people here and probably everywhere feel like she doesn't look the part. and there may be some truth to that. but, the girl IS. A. STAR. she's insanely driven. she wants to be a legit Supermodel. she is already branding out into hosting things. and she's versatile and interesting to look at. she doesn't blend into the crowd. she is the one who can take a VS contract and make it huge. BARBARA: she's still young. her youth and naivety is evident when she's interviewed or caught by paparazzi, but her pics for VS are utterly smouldering. she harkens back to Laetitia Casta. she has a body that straight men adore. trust me when i say that she will save the brand's appeal with men. she's just sultry. no getting around it. and in a couple of years, when she's super famous, she'll be even hotter. JOAN SMALLS: already a fashion superstar. she's American. she's creating her own brand. she has a fantastic personality and an awesome body and that face is stunning. i think she could be the most successful crossover fashion/commercial non-caucasian supermodel since Tyra. NOW, the only thing this formula is missing is the BAD GIRL. i mean, someone who just has a bit of a trampy, edgy, unguarded, wild-child aura. seriously - VS needs a Megan Fox kinda Angel. the "Naughty Angel". i've no idea if there's a working model out there who has this kinda vibe, i can't think of one off the top of my head. VS kinda had it with Rosie, but she split. any suggestions? there are tons of great other models that we all love who will obviously continue to shoot for the catalogues and do the runway show and attend some events. they'll have some "Pink Girls", who are contracted that way. and they'll use Edita and Marloes and Magdalena and the ever-enduring-Izabel and a ton of other hot ladies for these purposes. but they won't be the SPOKESMODELS; the Angels. -From The Fashion Spot
