Great thread. I saw the name and was trying to think where I had heard it, and then I remembered. If any of you are fans of the band The Smithereens as I am, the lyrics of "Behind the Wall of Sleep" compare the subject to Ms. Shrimpton. Now seeing her here, i see why singer Pat DiNizio was so enamored with his subject for those interested it's actually the first line of the song.

She's also the only Swimsuit model to have graced the cover of non-swim Sports Illustrated. And she could probably hit better than BJ has this year :evil:

The more I try to figure out what they are going to do with the summer issue, the more I'm stumped by it all. I almost wonder if it's just going to be one of those books like Fantasy Islands where we see more pics from shoots already in the magazine? or if it's all new shots (in which case they've done a great job not leaking stuff on it). I have no feel for what this will be. Guess we'll all know June 7

i thought febraury 14... It usually comes out the Tuesday of the week after the Super Bowl. the Super Bowl is Feb. 3. So I'm thinking Feb. 12 is correct, unless they change it this time...
