Do you have any idea how much private plane from somewherewhothehellknowswhere in Brazil to Rome, Italy costs? She's not pregnant FFS. People weren't suggesting she fly all the way to Rome. From the sounds of it, she wasn't in a major city. Taking a charter plane to a larger city like Rio and then taking a commercial flight out was definitely a possibility for her.
